When:

Location:
The camp will be at the Elgin Sports Complex, 709 Sports Way, Elgin, Illinois 60120.

Session Times:
The camp will be divided into the following sessions:

Outfielders/Catchers: 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Pitchers: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Infielders: 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Athlete Applications:
Athletes wishing to participate in the 2008 NFCA/Homer Hawks Chicagoland Recruiting Camp should submit an online application form by visiting nfca.org/camps/nomination. The application deadline is September 1st.

College Coach Registration:
College coaches may register for both the camp and its corresponding tournament online by visiting nfca.org/camps/signup. The registration deadline is Wednesday, October 1st.

College Coach Camp Packets:
Pre-registered coaches will receive a packet at coaches’ registration, which will include a breakdown of session schedules and detailed information on each athlete.

College coach check-in will be available for the coaches on Thursday night at the College Coaches party. Location of the coaches reception will be determined. Noon lunch provided at camp & tournament for all college coaches.

Basic Format:
Each athlete will wear an assigned number on the front and back of her shirt and a wristband signifying her graduation year. Athletes will be led through a series of hitting and fielding drills as outlined in the coaches’ booklet. Results will be recorded and published on the NFCA Web site by number. All athletes should remember numbers in order to view results.

Team Exposure Tourney: register online for consideration into the weekend event. Games begin Friday night at 5 pm and run thru Sunday evening.

Camp Results:
Camps results will be posted by number within 5 days of camp completion at www.HomerHawks.com
