NFCA 2008 HOTEL INFORMATION

We are giving each the opportunity to be guaranteed a entry spot in the 2008 Homer Hawk Exposure and/or Exposure Event 2008 tournament being held on October 10th - 12th.

Your forms must be received by Sept. 10th 2007 to qualify for this, and if you choose to pre-register for this event you must follow the below stipulations.

Please download and fill out the attached Hotel Registration Form to be eligible for this guarantee.

We will require you to attend one of our hotels listed and fill out and send the proper form before the above deadline to qualify for guaranteed acceptance. If we do not receive by the deadline your entry will be part of the general entry process that will begin on September 15th as stated on our website. These hotels have been great sponsors for this event and teams are required to use them to pre-register. Teams after the September 15th date will also be required to use these hotels ... but there will be no promise of entry .. it will be a open selection process. We are giving all the 2007 participants this notice only ... this is your guarantee to be invited back ..after September 10th you will be part of the selection process.

Download our entry form fill out and e-mail or fax to Rick Moses at RMoses@spbdservices.com (fax# 206-339-3898. Also print a copy and mail to him (address on form) and enclose entry fee in the amount of $500.

Read over and select one of the hotels on listing. You do not make your own reservations.
Fill out the hotel reservation form and e-mail back to Rick Moses to his e-mail address. He will handle all your hotel requirements and questions. Please follow the instructions completely as stated on the individual forms.
Both forms must be submitted to the proper individuals by Sept. 10th 2007.
